QQGG Terms and Conditions

To register and use QQGG, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. QQGG reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension.

• Bets placed on QQGG are binding and final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a system malfunction that affects a game outcome, QQGG reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

QQGG is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Game rules are available within each game on the QQGG platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QQGG. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and all balances forfeited. QQGG may also report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the QQGG platform in any way.
• Registering or operating more than one QQGG account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities in the QQGG platform.
• Using QQGG for any form of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward QQGG staff or other players.

• Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their QQGG account settings at any time.
• Session time limits can be activated to restrict the amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Players can request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting QQGG support.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• QQGG will never encourage a player who has self-excluded or set limits to increase those limits or return to play before their exclusion period ends.

• Accounts suspended for suspected fraud will have their balances frozen pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting QQGG support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
